As promised, we went to a yoga class at Runyon Canyon this morning. Although we’re not well-versed with plank position and our downward dog needs a little training, we managed to get through the class without falling over too many times! From what we hear, each instructor brings a little bit of their own flare… »

We were surprised at the lack of people at IHOP today since I waited an hour in line last Free Pancake Day; but we were seated right away! The pancakes were fluffy and perfect. Thank you IHOP!
