We Jammin’
Fallen Fruit is having its fourth annual public fruit jam at Machine Project this Sunday from 10am to 1pm. Come learn how to make jam and enjoy the company of other jam enthusiasts! Everyone is asked to come with fruit (may be fresh or frozen but preferably homegrown or public) for jam and a clean glass jam jar. All the fruit people bring will be used to make communal jams and if there’s surplus, even some people who came empty handed will be leaving with some jam!
The kinds of jam they make will depend on what fruit people bring but they’d like to send attendees home with unique jams like Basil Guava Jam or Lemon Pepper Jelly so be creative with what you bring. And if learning how to make jam isn’t enough for you there will also be an after party at Another Year in LA so you can get your jam on after you make jam at the public fruit jam!
