Free Cone Day runs from 12pm-8pm on Tuesday, March 23rd and it’s absolutely free. And you’ll get the opportunity to try some of their newest flavors…like Peanut Brittle and Milk & Cookies. Milk & Cookies!?! I’ve heard rumors of long scary lines developing in the past, but we went to the Burbank location last year in the afternoon and it was empty.
