Jack (from the in-the-box variety) is unveiling his new french fries this Friday, April 16th – and to celebrate, he’s giving them out for free! The Jack in the Box team has called the occassion “Friday Fryday”, quite appropriate.

I must say I’m intrigued, it’s not every day a fast food joint reinvents a staple on their menu like french fries. They launch new burgers left and right…but the fry recipe never changes! This should be interesting.

Best part of this freebie?? No need for a coupon and no purchase necessary! You just strut your hottie self into Jack in the Box and demand your free (small) fries. Wahoo!

Tomorrow, April 15th, Baja Fresh will be offering $2 Burritos! This is an offer through their Facebook fan page so make sure to go there first and follow the instructions for printing off your coupon. Also, make sure your nearest location is participating- the one’s that aren’t are listed on the coupon.

The coupon does say “while supplies last”. I have no idea what that means at a place that specializes in Burritos…I mean, are they seriously going to run out of tortillas or something? Kind of a shady restriction if you ask me!

The $5 martinis and tasty appetizers will be featured this Saturday (4/10) from 8pm-2am. You’ll be hard pressed to find this kind of deal on a Saturday night anywhere else in Westwood! After Saturday, they will be closing up for a few days to make any final changes and then officially opening for good next Wednesday (4/14).

Pillow Fight Day will occur all over the country- from Ghana to Beijing and The Netherlands! Right here in LA, the event will take place in Pershing Square at 3pm. As always, the event is BYOP and sure to help you de-stressed and have a blast.

The official rules for the LA Pillow Fight are as follows:

1. “Don’t talk about [Pillow] Fight Club!” (especially to news media and civic authories)
2. Don’t be in location until the exact minute. (set your watches)
3. Hide your pillows.
4. Rush in screaming “PILLOW FIIIIIIGHT!!!!!”
5. After 15mins of excruciating fun, leave.
6. Stay off the road and sidewalk. (don’t make this a police issue)
7. Do NOT hit anyone with out a pillow! (this includes but is not limited to people with cameras, bystanders, civic authorities, cars, use common sense!!)
8. “If this is your first [time] at [Pillow] Fight Club, you have to fight.”
9. Stick around to clean up if you can, so that the event can happen again next year.
